Terms of Service

Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms apply to everyone who uses PresentTwice: organizers who create events and attendees who check in to them. By creating an account or checking in to an event, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you use PresentTwice on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

Your Account

• Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly at contact@presenttwice.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live to create an organizer account.

Using PresentTwice

You agree not to:

• Invite, upload or record people without a lawful basis to do so.
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Record false attendance or help others do so.
• Attempt to access accounts, events or data that are not yours.
• Interfere with, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
• Use PresentTwice for anything unlawful.

Organizer Responsibilities

Organizers control the events they create and the attendee information they add, including contacts imported by CSV. You are responsible for having permission to add those people and for telling attendees how their attendance information will be used.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the event details, attendee lists and other content you add. You give us permission to store and process that content only as needed to run PresentTwice for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Plans and Payments

The Starter plan is free. Paid plans are not yet available. When they launch, their prices, billing periods and cancellation terms will be shown before you are asked to pay, and these Terms will be updated.

Availability and Changes

We work to keep PresentTwice available and reliable, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features over time. If a change materially reduces what you rely on, we will try to give you notice.

Ending Your Account

You can stop using PresentTwice and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put other users or the service at risk.

Limitation of Liability

PresentTwice is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which PresentTwice is registered, and disputes will be handled by its courts unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. When we make significant changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continuing to use PresentTwice after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
